A happy short family stay.

It's a good option for our family stay, warm and easy access with FREE street parking. The staff hosting us was very friendly and helpful. There are Metro station nearby with walking distance.

Short solo stay in Sofia

Breakfast was poor in my opinion as there was a lack of variety and no obvious staff around to ask where to get bowls and cutlery from for the cereals. Everything else, however, including the room, service from the staff, and hotel itself was perfect for my short stay in Sofia.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

It is as described. Clean hotel and friendly staff. Just the bath tub is a little but old that I dont want to bath in it. I just took a shower. The area of the hotel is safe and have quick access to tram and metro

Decent hotel

Decent hotel at a good area. Hotel seemed to be recently renovated. Room (junior suite) was good with a tv set in each room. All the basics existed. However, something sticky was on a surface, showing inadequate cleaning. Breakfast was rather poor than decent.

Lovely little hotel & restaurant in Sofia

Lovely little hotel in Sofia -nice spacious room & comfy bed…staff are lovely and couldn’t be more helpful, a big shout out to Maya on reception she is a lovely lady and soo helpful.The hotel also has a restaurant and we had dinner there last night we both said it was our best meal since arriving in Bulgaria & good prices…if we ever come back to Sofia we would not hesitate to book Hotel Geneva again 😀

Only drawbacks is that using the sauna costs extra and you share the balcony with your neighbour. Breakfast is OK but nothing special.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Geneva! The room was very spacious - double bed, plus a single bed, table with 2 chairs and was set up for making coffee, large TV, new and spotlessly clean large bathroom, and also a patio! We were impressed. Delicious variety of food at breakfast. Both the reception staff and cleaning staff were friendly and helpful: turning on the sauna for us ahead of time so it could get up to temperature, allowing us to use their computer to check in for our flight and print boarding passes, calling taxis for us to get us where we needed to go. Very helpful. The hotel is a 5-minute taxi drive away from the pedestrian shopping street and landmarks, costing about 4 leva (2 Euros) - taxi ride back to the hotel via a different taxi service cost more. The area can also be reached by the trams (we did not use them). I recommend this hotel.
