"The location was great! It put us close to most of our activities and meals! The room was clean and housekeeping staff very efficient! Would definitely consider booking again on another trip to SF!"

"Great location , helpful staff and nice rooms. No gym but can use one a block away. Free bikes are only for an hour. Would stay again."

"The first room we checked into heavily smelled of marijuana. I called the front desk and was switched to a different room right away however that room also had a musty smell to it and there were flies flying around the room all night. I assume that comes w a property near the ocean. We were there for a night and too tired to move to another room. Despite that the property itself is nice and the staff very friendly. "

"An okay stay not worth the price. Their system was down when we arrived and we were not compensated they had us wait for about an hour to check in. The room mirror had dark spots/stains. The parking lot was a little far from our room. The restaurant was overpriced with very few options to choose from (however they are in the process of making a new restaurant idk maybe that’s why?). A staff member misinformed us that the market closed at 10 when really it closed at 8 so we were not able to grab a last minute snack or beverage from the market. I just expected more from the resort I felt let down. I pray that if anyone decides to stay here they have better experience than I did."
