"A great location at Fisherman's Wharf near many key attractions and restaurants that are easily walkable. We did find our ground level room a bit noisy with street sounds overnight and garbage collection very early in the morning though. There is no kettle in the room but we had easy access to hot water and cold drinking water at no cost (refill your own bottle) on our level with additional vending machines too. There is a Big Bus tours stop pretty much right outside too, that was very handy for our tour options we'd booked separately too. Overall, a very comfortable stay and a fantastic location. Thank you"

"This is an older hotel in an ok neighborhood. It has been remodeled since we were last there several years ago. The breakfast was good and we had no issues with parking. The staff member who checked us in was wonderful. We arrived about 30 minutes early and planned on waiting in the lobby, but she got us checked into a room. We went down to the lobby two days after checking in and asked for some towels and he seemed very put out and annoyed that we would ask for them. The pool and hot tub were nice."

"Only stayed one night but they upgraded us to a suite which was luxurious. Location was perfect for all the sightseeing venues. I would stay there again without question. They even gave me a bag scale to weigh my bags before I headed off to the SFO international airport which is about 20-30mins away- just under $40 US for an uber."
