"Reception was nice, it seemed we were the only guists and quickly she changed our room from the third floor to the first. There was no elevator and we had heavy luggage. No help. The bathroom was very dirty and outdated, brown tiles, the water at sink didnt run. The toilet holder was loose. Breakfast was a few minutes away but nobody spoke English. Overal it was ok but not worth this money. We stay in much better hotels for less."

Palazzolo itself is lovely and you are just a 45 minute drive through the lovely countryside to such towns as Noto, Modica, Ragusa and Siracusa."
