Khách sạn Solheimahjaleiga

"I wasn't sure what to expect for a last minute booking on a road trip, but the guesthouse was a pleasant surprise. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. The staff was nice and the common rooms were a bonus. I could see staying here for multiple days as an exploration spot."

"Situated on the mountains, view is quite nice. Dinner is not great, not too many options for the price you pay."

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft Parkplatz ist mit enthalten Abendessen war sehr gut Frühstück war ok Was wir toll fanden, es gab auf dem Flur ein Kaffee Automat wo man sich jederzeit Kaffee, Tee .. holen konnte"

"Excellent location near Vik and multiple major sites to visit. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff is very nice. The included breakfast is great with many options."

"The area is interesting but the restaurant was not as good as others we have been to."

"Amazing stay! Great staff and beautiful views! Thank you so much!"

"Walls of the room are very thin. But the breakfast spread was decent. Overall expensive but not many decent hotel choices in Vik center."

"Clean and comfortable"

"I would recommend this hotel for visitors to Vik"

The shower curtain was visibly dirty, making the space feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. Another major disappointment was that the photos of the common areas...

"Great property"

"This was such a treat on our recent trip. Everything about it was special. The room was everything we needed and more, the view was amazing front and back, Anna and her family were pleasant and accommodating. The beds were comfy and the dogs were a bonus treat. We'll be back to Iceland and the Garage will be our homebase."

"Beautiful place, there isn't a tv just so you know. Maybe I missed it in the details. I didn't want to be driving around in the dark so the tv would've kept me occupied for a few hours. I was traveling solo! Super friendly dog came for a visit before I left so that made it perfect!"
