"The staff is great and it’s one of the best hotels l have stayed at over the past five years. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Tunisia it has a relaxing atmosphere and the food was great especially the breakfast and the buffet at the Tunisia restaurant. Proximity to the beach is convenient. 5/5 ranking."

"Super super super clean hôtel - no surprises when I entered the room and the bathroom and even the balcony was clean. Air conditioner worked great and no weird noises or leaking water from the air conditioner nor the faucets. Every corner was super clean and not dusty. Staff was super welcoming and friendly. My little dog enjoyed his stay and treatment by the staff and had access to pretty much everywhere in the hotel (not the restaurants of course!) the views of the lake and the terraces are amazing. Rooms are well soundproofed and we slept super well each night. Food was good and the hotel is well secured so we felt really safe. The staff are absolutely amazing and accommodating and the hotel is worthy of a million pictures but you have to go see for yourself ;) I will be definitely going back."

"sur le site web j'avais vu terrasse sur le toit. Il n'y en avait pas. Le restaurent est bien mais très dispendieux. La salle de bain était à rénover. La vitre de la douche pour empêcher l'eau était brisée."

"I stayed at the Four Seasons Tunisia with high expectations based on the Four Seasons brand and my experiences at their properties around the world. Unfortunately, the service did not meet that standard. After reading other reviews, I noticed that many of the negative comments are also related to service, which was consistent with my experience. The property itself is beautiful—very elegant, clean, well-maintained, and luxurious. The pool area is especially nice and is one of the highlights of the hotel. However, if you’re looking for a beach vacation, this may not be the best choice. The beach is disappointing: it is rocky, not particularly clean, and the water is not very appealing. It also requires a long walk to get to the beach, which takes away from the overall experience. Overall, it was an acceptable stay because the property is attractive and well-kept, but the service needs significant improvement. The hotel would also benefit from cleaning and improving the beach area to better match the standards expected from a Four Seasons property."
