"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. "Sceptical when I heard "Manoir" was expecting something old. It is up to date, clean, very spacious. The free parking was a must because we got there by car. Early check-in I think it was at 10 am but was ok for us because we where going to Brussels for a day. We enjoyed the pool which was a Must. ..."
