"From the moment of arrival, being greeted outdoors by a gentleman that provided directions regarding how and where to park, obtaining a luggage cart for us to a smooth check in and lovely stay, our IU Biddle experience was excellent. We grabbed dinner at the food court and walked to the auditorium for a concert. Staying close the the venue and not having to drive and park and walk before and after the concert was very convenient and we 100% would do it again! :)"

"The property is inside a park, so we had to pay to enter (not a problem but didn’t see that mentioned anywhere before we arrived) The place was nice but dated. The pool was nice, but cold. The lady that checked us in didn’t know what she was doing so it took twice as long as it needed to. We were told we would get the park fee refunded and still haven’t. We have a random charge that no one we have talked to can explain or resolve for us, and the manager still hasn’t called us back to resolve. "

"Our experience was made so great by “Cindy”, the customer service was phenomenal. Upon checking in to our room, we found that our TV wasn’t working and she immediately upgraded us to another room -which was a lot bigger! It was very clean and secure. Parking was not an issue and the breakfast was delicious! We’ll definitely stay here again while visiting our daughter at school👍"

"Nice room with all the appliances you need to do some cooking. Did not use anything but coffeemaker but husband did note there was only one small coffee cup. Full size shampoo conditioner and body wash in shower no tiny hotel bottles. We liked the set up and would book again. Great value."
