"Great staff, I wish the bellhops were told to keep an eye on guests with their huge luggage who arrive in pouring rain. But they didn't. Which caused a little upset mood. They're just inside, not even looking toward the outside. At least in pouring rain they should do that tell me if I'm wrong? Otherwise ..."

"Everything was ok and nice, unfortunately the food is not good. There is no variety and choice, not in the morning and not in the evening.
