"Was ok for the one night we stayed, I would say not great but ok."

"Fridge unplugged, tv unresponsive, internet pointless, shower and tiles ancient, staff unhelpful and uninterested. Bed was tiny. Only one robe. If this is a club room I’d hate to see the others. Extremely overpriced and disappointing. "

"Quiet. Comfortable bed. Well positioned for terminal 2. Good stock of tea /coffee etc in rooms. Breakfast a bit pricey if you don't have much of an appetite but a good selection."

"Had a one night stay before our flight. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. We phoned for pickup from station but it took some to arrive, had to phone twice before bus picked us up, driver had unexpected pickups,wasnt his fault but didnt help our wait. Breakfast was buffet,good enough choices,saw a few guests having a wait for cups. We went out for dinner so can't comment on that, overall we had a good stay at a good price so would definitely recommend."

"Stuck in their car park for two hours. They are meant to have someone employed who ensures there isn’t idiots parked inappropriately & numerous people were parked in non parking spots, blocking myself & others. Even one of their own employees had done it,"

"Had a great stay before our holiday flight. All the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Had a lovely meal.in Firin restaurant, room had everything you needed even an iron and ironing board. It's about 3 minutes walk to terminal 2 which is very convenient. Have stayed here a few times before and will definately be staying again. In fact we have already booked!"
