They excel at the basics that you expect from a hotel and keep going. Exceptionally friendly and capable staff. Abigail and the rest of the front desk staff is proactive and professional. Breakfast is always a highlight with several high quality options, especially the door county coffee. The party and event spaces are impressive, and the reading/game nook is comfortable. Versatile assortment of room types fit multiple visit purposes, as does the close proximity to the train to Chicago. I've made several visits here and plan on returning. Overall, an exceptional value in comparison to anything in the area."
