"My room curtains became off track and I ask the front desk to have someone come look at it, nobody came they said Maintenance hadn’t made it in yet mind you it’s 8 am in the morning so I planned on goin some where got pick up at 12:30 still nothing I checked with the front desk again and the lady said she would make sure somebody come look at it . I left and came back as t 6 pm I went to my room and it was still broken I called the front desk and it was a new person and he said nobody told him of the issue but I can move rooms well I had a handicap accessible room and there were no more available , at this poor I’m annoyed my daughter came up took a look at it and thank goodness she fixed it . Other than I love this hotel but I’m assuming they was having a off day"
