"Staff services were amazingly good and helpful. You need to place a deposit 1000baht so keep aside that cash. Went for elephant tour and kitchen was able to prepare breakfast to-go at 7am, very happy with the eggs and toast. Housekeeping was good and honest! I threw away a bag (left it beside the rubbish bin) and didn't expect housekeeping staff to check the bag compartments, she found some cash in there and returned to me immediately whilst I was at reception/check out. Really grateful for that...
"Aksara Heritage is a phenomenal boutique hotel in Chiang Mai. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful and made us feel extremely safe and comfortable. Within an hour of arriving they had a massage and mani pedi booked for us and a tour arranged for next day. The grounds are well kept and the surrounding area is very walkable with tons of food and shopping options. Dao and Ming were both instrumental to our stay in Chiang Mai! Would definitely recommend. "After a 6 night stay we did not want to leave. So very clean and comfortable and in a great position to explore the city.
All staff are a credit to the hotel and are interested in finding out what you got up to during the day. Breakfast was top notch. We had a room with larger bathroom , this hotel is one we will always remember and hope to return to.
