"The hotel was excellent. Staff were very helpful and went the extra mile for it's customers.
My room was well appointed and had air conditioning and a very small balcony. There was a safety cupboard rather than a safety deposit box which worked well. TV was new, bathroom was clean and fresh.
Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely use the hotel again should I visit Chaing Mai in the future. "

"I spent a week in a Queen room at Kavil Guesthouse in early November 2025. The room was good sized, with a comfortable bed and good-quality sheets and towels. Everything worked as it should, like the A/C, Wi-Fi, hot water, etc. I particularly appreciate the drinking water available for guests to fill our water bottles, and an in-room wall-mounted fan to supplement the A/C.
