"2 blocks to beach with coffee shop and Vietnamese noodle restaurants next door make it a good location. The hotel is fairly new, but like many in Asia, is not maintained. The lobby is beautiful but as soon as I exited the elevator on my floor, I noticed a large unfinished repair patch in the ceiling.
