"The hotel was very nice - very spacious and the view from our balcony was amazing. The staff kindly gave us the upper floor room even though we were only staying for a night. However, the area is not accessible for shopping areas and very infrequent transportation. But the staff was very helpful and they happily ordered taxi for us to go to Incheon airport."

"I received around midnight after my flight was cancelled. The hotel confirmed my booking but after my expensive taxi ride there they said they cancelled the booking because they are full. Staff was helpful and. Get me to very unmaintaibed hotel on the opposite side of the street for the sam as"
