"Wir haben uns dieses Hotel ausgewählt, weil auf der Internetseite eine deutschsprachige Rezeption angezeigt wurde. Das war leider nicht der Fall, sehr schade. Das Zimmer wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes nur grob gereinigt. Sehr schön fanden wir, dass es jeden Tag Mineralwasser 0,6l pro man kostenfrei gab."

"We were not happy with the apartmnt. we got, so checked out ealier. But the worst thing is we paid the agreed amount 14,000kr. Then Jovi apartments credit my account an extra 4000+kr . I have been in contact with them many times, they promised to return the amount, almost 2months after our stay we still have not recieved the amount and no explanation why we paid that amount in the first place. So now i have forwarded the case forward."
