"Lovely hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. The free shuttle makes it a great choice. Lauren on reception was super friendly and helpful for our short stay. We requested two rooms together and she went out of her way to help us. Lovely breakfast, the staff were welcoming and friendly. Excellent cocktails in the bar in the evening, somebody behind the bar definitely knows what they are doing. Recommended."

"Staff was always super helpful and very accommodating! They made sure that the guests were stressed free and they would take care of our problems while staying there and they sure did! They helped out figuring the timing of our train from Sorrento to Napoli Central and even helped us get a ride to get picked up from the hotel to the train station in Sorrento. "Although the double rooms are smaller than we are used to, the 2 key points which make this property are 1) The staff is amazing and extremely accommodating. If I wanted a coffee (or anything else for that matter) at any time (even when breakfast was finished) they would get someone to make it happen. They were excellent at local directions and personal needs. If anything didn't work, they fixed it right away. 2) You are in the middle of Sorrento, just walk outside and begin your journey! "Great location- very close to restaurants and the beach, walkable to the main area in Sorrento. Very comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. More than enough space for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again."
