"We arrived a day late because of flight issues and were not refunded or credited any amount. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a family room with two queen size beds and plenty of room to spread out. It was on the same level as the common balcony so we could exit out the sliding doors and enjoy the beautiful sunrise with a coastal view of the Amalfi coast. "The room, the staff, the location and the food were fantastic! The room, so comfy and much bigger than expected, the view from our balcony was beautiful, the staff could not do enough for us and the food?? One of the best dinners I had during my 19 day visit to Italy. The breakfast items available were delicious and so many options. They even had fresh honeycomb for their delicious bread. I hope someday I can return to this wonderful hotel."

"The hotel overall is very clean, and the staff are kind and helpful. We stayed at three hotels over the course of our Italy trip and this was our favorite one! It it was close to the center (about a 10 minute walk) without feeling like you’re in too crowded of an area. Bonus points for the pool and the excellent morning breakfast! "
