The young lady who helped me checked in and worked very hard despite our language differences to help me find the property and get into my room. However, there were key details that were left out of the correspondence given to me. For example, though the video was awesome. It didn’t show me or perhaps I missed it in the video when I was watching it, that I needed to go to floor number one. Also, when I used the address that was given to me via Expedia, it took me to the building, but I couldn’t figure out that the door was on the backside of the building. And the video which was sent to me which required me to download another app that I didn’t want. I think it was Pinterest or something didn’t show me that it was at the back. It assumed that I would find that particular retaining wall and then follow the retaining wall around to get to the door. It would’ve been more helpful if it simply stated come to the building notice the insurance agency in the bottom while looking at it moved to your left around to the back of the building and then follow the video from there I mean, it was just really hard to figure out where the door was.
The gal who is working with me also sent me a pin a dropped pin that I could use with Google, but it just took me to the alleyway. I didn’t take me back to that door. So I found the check-in process rather frustrating.
That said the room was great. It was beautiful and clean and I’m really grateful for the quiet night day.
