Pessima o ar condicionado não gela a Tv não funciona somente com Wi-Fi é que não conecta liguei na recepção referente a esses dois problemas e nada fizeram a única resposta que tive foi da Tv que infelizmente não conectava no Wi-Fi e quanto ao ar fiquei sem resposta tive uma noite pessima pq precisei abrir a janela pra conseguir dormir pq estava muito quente e o ar não funciona não gela

Estacionamento grátis enganoso

Estabelecimento diz em suas amenidades que possui estacionamento grátis, porém ao chegar para estacionar, fui informado que o estacionamento fecha às 23h e que estava lotado, impossibilitando que estacionasse o meu carro dentro. Ademais, me disseram para estacionar na rua e que não se responsabilizavam por qualquer dano ao veículo, sendo que explicitamente divulgam que o hotel tem ESTACIONAMENTO. Ao solicitar algum gerente ou líder, a atendente não conseguiu contato telefônico com nenhum e ninguém estava presente no estabelecimento. Foram 30min no meio da madrugada suplicando para cumprirem com o que divulgam e me designarem uma vaga no estacionamento. Ao mesmo tempo que cheguei havia outro hóspede com o mesmo problema e se recusando a estacionar na rua sem o estabelecimento se responsabilizar. Péssima experiência! Não indico!

Desde a chegada até o check-out, fui muito bem atendido por uma equipe atenciosa e profissional, sempre disposta a ajudar com um sorriso no rosto. A infraestrutura do hotel é impecável, com áreas comuns bem cuidadas, quartos espaçosos, confortáveis e silenciosos. A limpeza estava sempre impecável, tanto nos quartos quanto nas áreas compartilhadas. Outro ponto de destaque foi a acessibilidade: o hotel é muito bem adaptado, com rampas, elevadores eficientes e sinalizações claras, o que garantiu conforto e segurança para todos os hóspedes. Vale a pena devido ser Hotel novo e deve-se fazer com antecendencia reserva ( preço) e o cafe da manha muito abaixo do valor da diaria , cafe da manha de hotel express! Nao é meu hotel preferido ,sempre o segundo plano na cidade de Sorriso e Lucas do Rio Verde .
