"I stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The room had a noticeable damp, musty smell as soon as I walked in, which made it feel unclean. There were gnats flying around the room, which only added to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the shower didn’t drain properly, so water started pooling while I was using it. While I was relieved that my stay was only for one night, I expected much better quality for the price I paid. Overall, the condition of the room did not meet basic expectations."

"I am so disappointed and actually a little angry. Immediately after entering the room it smelled like cigarettes! Traveling with 19 month old I didn't want her exposed to that. After a bit of a wait we changed rooms which was inconvenient. Housekeeping brought up the pack n play and one side wouldn't lift. So that defeated the purpose. "Parking was good ,breakfast is poor ,I stayed for four nights, and they only cleaned once—and even then, they only made the bed and provided fresh towels; they didn't clean the bathroom or the table. I was never able to connect to the Wi-Fi. "
