"Nice hotel in a run down location. No complaints though."

"What was left inside the pillows was lumpy. Towels looked like cleaning rags, so old. Door would not double lock inside. Poor WiFi. Problem with my prepayment even though I had a receipt. "

"Peaceful and unique, right at the heart of the Sosnowiec! "

"War alles gut."

"Excellent hotel, the entire hotel smells really nice, the staff were very friendly, the room was very spacious and very clean and we had a very good night sleep."

"Great place"

"Great location (close to a train station) and very helpful staff. In terms of cleanliness and overall experience, this was one of the better hotels in their class that I stayed in recent years. Breakfast buffet was well stocked (although, I missed my bacon…) and everyone would fine something for themselves in the offer. Once again, great hotel and thank you for hosting me."

"Great service"

"Great location within walking distance to allot of wonderful stores and restaurants. Train station is very close and attached to a beautiful mall."

"Only one issue. When booking on hotels.com it said check was at 15:00 and checkout was at 12:00. When I received information from the hotel on the day of arrival, just few hours before check in, I was now informed check in was at 16:00 and checkout the following day at 10:00. Luckily we had planned to leave at 09:00 but can be an issue to some. "
