"I have been returning to Velero Beach Resort multiple times over the past 20 years. The stay is always wonderful. The staff are exceptionally gracious and the location right on the water's edge is magnificent. Daily breakfast in the Sunset Grill is always a treat, only to be surpassed by watching sunset from the same location for dinner. I highly recommend the hotel and will definitely be back again."
"I gave it 5 stars because of you want Sosua... you get Sosua. It's urban, it's busy outside. The locals will try to sell you something. But I left the resort to experience Dominican life. I felt safe. The foods was delicious and fresh. For what it used... it is good."
