"Boendet ligger mitt i Soufriere och är en vanlig bostadsgata i staden. Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse och i vårt tycke var det gångavstånd till både den botaniska trädgården (15-20 min) och till Anse Chastanet/Mamin (ca. 30-40 min) som var de finaste stränderna i området.
Carshina var en glad och trevlig värd som dessutom bjöd oss på barbeque med resten av gatan vilket var en rolig överaskning.
Kan vara lite högljutt på gatan utanför på morgonen då personer går till jobbet, så vill...

Soufriere is a great location because you are close to everything. The people are super friendly. Having a rental car was key to get around. I did need more USD vs. credit cards than other places I have traveled.

Soufriere is an up and coming town. Facilities are hit and miss. Many places are lovely. A few residents will see all tourists as dollar signs. The gems for restaurants are Island Chef and Voila.

I divided my time with other areas in St Lucia. It boils down to personal taste. I would definitely divide my time again & stay in Soufriere for a couple days, I loved the experience.

Felt a bit unsafe at night but this could just be my perception. Would highly recommend Island Chef for a fresh, local meal.
