Das Personal, war sowas von nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit und stand immer mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung, wenn man was auf dem Herzen hatte. Das einzige was nicht so gute war, dass es auf der naheliegenden Hauptstraße, vorallem Nachts sehr laut befahren war, man konnte nicht unbedingt mit offenen Fenstern schlafen. "It’s a great place to stay lovely staff especially Mohammed at reception very helpful. Apartment was nice a clean up to date with all the amenities only downside is it can get noisy on a weekend with cars racing though the area around hotel. if the soundproofing could be better this place would be 5 stars but all in all I would definitely recommend and would stay again 👍"

"Rental was very clean and felt safe. There are a lot of stairs and no towels/soaps, so prepare for that. Renter was helpful and available for questions."

"L’hygiène de l’appartement laisse vraiment à désirer. Le linge de lit n’avait visiblement pas été lavé et les serviettes étaient dans le même état. J’ai dû faire appel à une femme de ménage et acheter de nouvelles serviettes. La cuisine était dans un état de saleté tel qu’elle était inutilisable, et il n’y avait même pas de bouteilles de gaz. Une expérience très décevante que je ne recommande pas."

"L'environnement était très bruyant toutes les nuits et le niveaux de propreté général de la résidence est médiocre. La literie est également décevante. Les 2 piscines de la résidence sont dissociés en 2 "zones" (Jawhara smir 1 et 2" mais ne disposent pas du même niveau de service (parasols et transat non disponible à Jawhara 2 où nous étions malheureusement).
