"Location , facilities etc all great communication with host not so much and it created uncertainty about the check in times and process as I had no access to any information despite calls and messages - my flight arrived late and was not sure what time check in times were available. As a woman traveling alone at night in South Africa this is not acceptable "

"Bring your own wash cloths. There are mice outside running on the property so get used to that. Staff was friendly. The cleaning crew will open the door after a soft knock so be prepared. They change sheets mon, wed, friday. I would not stay here again but it may be a place for others to stay. The mall is within walking distance. That's a plus. Decent neighborhood. "

"The security was good and the location however the photos on the listing showed the bedroom had a view but the very tiny bedroom felt like sleeping in a cupboard. The bed only just fit in the room and there was a lot of hair all over from previous tenants, all over the floors and some on the linens and sofa. The kitchen was clean as was the bathroom except for the floors as mentioned."
