Red Roof Inn Chicago-O'Hare Airport/ Arlington Hts
6/10 Okay
"The CONS: The property itself was old and could use renovation. We stayed 4 nights and no one came to clean the room. Despite being in an accessible room there was no fridge, something to consider if you take meds that require cooling. The room was accessible for the most part, but the desk chair would have to be moved if you in a wheelchair. The bathroom was accessible with roll in shower and had a shower bench and a handheld shower head. The supply hose for the shower head was taped, this is a $20 replacement. The floor in the bathroom is not leveled properly that it creates a puddle in the bathroom, which is a slipping hazard.
The PROS: Sink is accessible, bed was super comfy, staff is super nice. Check in was smooth with Marzette. Location is convenient, everything is close by. Denny’s is across the street. The hotel was quiet."
"A little disappointed seeing a Hilton property being so outdated. This hotel had no swimming pool, but for my short stay that didn't disappoint. The hotel location, made it easy to catch a flight the last morning. Just wish their were other restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, so I could try other places. Overall, this was an excellent property. Hilton always has great properties to stay at. "
"We enjoyed sitting in the lobby. We were not pleased with our room. We had a pet friendly room and the carpeting was filthy and we had no shower door no water pressure no remote control for the TV."
SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Chicago Lombard

"i used to live in the West Suburbs of Chicago and am very familiar with this area which is why I chose this particular property thinking it would be a nice comfortable place to stay while home visiting my family. Unfortunately I cannot give more than 2 stars. I was very disappointed by how outdated this property was! Everything, furniture, bed, the bathroom, shower...old! I couldn't even charge my watch because there was no USB port. The staff was nice and friendly, the hallways and elevators needed cleaning. Although I didn't expect a 5 star hotel considering it's Best Western, I did expect nicer, upgraded and more modern amenities."
