"Our bathroom had pretty significant issue with what appeared to be mold. The only ammenity was a bar of soap and shower cap. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. There was some sort of conference/gala downstairs that was super loud until about 10p. Would not stay here again. There was also something charged to our room (not by us) and it is quite a process to get this rectified. Had to pay extra for parking and there were no parking spots after paying."

"Our room was not replenished, so I could not make coffee in the morning When I went down for coffee in the lobby, it was lukewarm. There was not enough hot water to make a tea. The men's bathroom was out of toilet paper in the morning, as well. "

"Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. "Didn’t know about the renovation project until just a day before arriving. Challenging for the staff, not great for the guests. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known. Not a good value for the money. "
