"The property is well maintained and very clean , we found the room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items to order. The host James was very professional and happy to advise on the area . Close to the cliff lift to the spa, and we found the area nice for walking around Scarborough. The public transport links are close by , you can easily leave the car parked and enjoy a driving free break. We would fully recommend the waves for a short or longer break"

"Quirky b&b with a wonderful little cafe downstairs. Service not the fastest but food very good. Only quibble was the very low beams in the top floor bedroom and the window didn’t open very well."
