"Todo muy bien, cerca del aeropuerto, precio accesible, limpieza de calidad, todo muy bien, no hay nada de que quejarse del Hotel solamente que me hicieron un cargo por $22.00 a mi tarjeta de crédito al parecer iba a ser como depósito y no fue así, porque no lo devolvieron a pesar que la habitación se devolvió en buenas condiciones, tal y como la recibí, por lo que es de tener cuidado con este hotel porque te pueden hacer cargos extras sin tu consentimiento. Medianamente recomendable. Hasta este momento no sé como hacer para que se me reintegre ese dinero porque yo pagué a través de Expedia con mi tarjeta de crédito y fue en recepción que solicitaron que registrara mi tarjeta "just in case" pero siendo una persona que visita hoteles constantemente sé perfectamente que la habitación se devuelve tal cual la recibe uno en el check in."

"The hotel was about what you would expect for ~$50 / night. The room was pretty spacious. The bathroom was very small and crammed with the sink outside of the bathroom and in the open space with the bed and the rest of the furniture. There were some weird stains on the lower part of some of the walls. One down side was that there was nowhere to fill a water bottle. There was a TV in my room, but the remote was covered in something very sticky."

"This property is in sub-standard conditions for the most part. They have deluxe rooms that are okay, yet the other typical rooms have security issues. You literally can see cracks in the door frames, its water damage everywhere, walls need to be repainted, open circuits with active wiring hanging out of them, and the worst experience was seeing two rats run across my floor. The staff was generally nice and helpful, but the property itself can definitely use an upgrade. "

"Stayed 1 day of the trip. Rooms weren't maintained. Moldy. Mold in the pictures, mold in the bathroom. My family and I are now sick. And I believe it was from that. I need a refund. Had to check out early."

"The outside was very pretty but OMG the inside was terrible. It seemed more like a hourly use hotel. We had booked a king room but when we arrived we were given a queen bed. Floor was sticky, bed was very uncomfortable and very squeaky. The cabinets in the room were very old and scratched up. There was a huge heart shaped tub in the bedroom, not clean looking. It was unreal how bad it was but we were so tired and had to get up very early for a flight and decided to suck it up. We left to go eat and when we came back we decided to ask for a double bed room just to be able to sleep. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. I have pictures but I don’t see where I can add them."

"I have never been so disappointed. I also have never left a hotel and not stayed after paying. My husband parked I went in got room (lobby looked nice) she gave us *** we went upstairs card didn't work (thankfully) because the room was occupied already! We were irritated (11pm) my husband went back down to get it changed they gave us *** we walked in I stopped because I saw trash all over floor. He walked in the bed was stripped piss stains all over mattress. By this time he was hot!! We walked downstairs was going to leave she told us she had a room right by desk *** so we relented, Walked in the room and there was a roach crawling up the wall.... needless to say we didn't stay. I asked for a refund had just been charged for the $25 pet fee she assured me she reversed the charge (didnt fall off had call credit card co to dispute) and I am still working on getting refund for the room a week later. I am not posting the young lady's name who tried to help me she was very apologetic but I would not recommend staying here at all. We were also approached by someone else outside begging for change that I thought was going to climb in our truck as we were putting the luggage back into leave"
