"Nice hotel, Just needs more check in staff when expecting a large flow of people for a concert, but minor niggle, clean spacious room.."

"The hotel was clean. The staff were excellent. The breakfast selection was perfect. However, I have no idea what’s going on with their heating and water. From the 18th floor , all through the night we had vibrations and noise from every direction. I’m assuming it was flushes, showers, extraction fans going in all of these rooms but I’ve never heard anything like it. I’ve been at Radisson Blu all over the world but the Cardiff hotel has something seriously wrong with its plumbing and noise ....
