"Staff: Welcoming, friendly, helpful, efficient and willing to go the extra mile. Executive Rooms 367 & 369: spotlessly clean and comfortable - good bed and choice of pillows but room a bit faded and dated - needs a bigger TV as distance from bed is too far for comfortable viewing. "This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. Staff are always welcoming, from the front desk to the housekeepers. Buffet breakfasts are one of the best we have ever had."
