"Staff was completely combative over reason for deposit. I was coming from a DV situation and didn't need this manager explaining to me the reason for subsequent deposit charges. She actually yelled at me explaining WHY when I understood the reason WHY from the get go! Ugh! Ceiling leaked from above room 112 and splattered everything with water from who knows where. Lamp light did not work. Doors to hallway did not shut entirely either and being a single female, did not feel safe whatsoever. If I...
