"何度も宿泊しているが、今回は特に朝食会場のあるスタッフのサービス精神が感じられなかった。具体的にはアジア人1人で食事をするのが憚られる雰囲気を醸し出す。笑顔が皆無でふてぶてしく、他の宿泊客への説明が私にはなかった。ただし、食事内容は美味しく素晴らしい。受付の方々も感じが良い。部屋は古く普通だが、愛着がある。部屋の配置が迷路のようなので避難経路は確認しておくことをオススメする。目の前のニューウォークの散歩が気持ち良い。"

"We had a lovely weekend at The Red Lion. The staff were incredibly helpful both ahead of and during our stay, and the pub food and breakfasts were very tasty. Our room felt a little dated and in need of maintenance in places, especially in the bathroom, but it served its purpose for our stay and we would be happy to go again."

"If you want straight lines and new, this is not for you but. If you’re like us and like a really lovely experience in an old coaching inn you’ll love it here. The staff are fantastic Robert the owner great guy. The breakfast is to die for. On a warm night sitting in the courtyard amongst the greenery and when the lights come on it’s magical. Thank you so much guys you’re clientele were so nice to us to. This is a reflection of your hosting. Be back soon 👍👍 oh and buy the way the ale was good...

"Nice location in quiet village which was very handy for silverstone park & ride. Plenty of parking. Nice room with hotel overall having an oldy world feel. Staff were very friendly accommodating & helpful. Breakfast was included freshly cooked with good range of choices. "Arrived in 30c heat. Property situated on ind.estate and easy to find. Appears newish. Simple design. Lots of car parking space. Lobby bright and airy. Lifts quick but small. Bedrooms small. Double bed small. Dining/bar area large and roomy. On arrival I checked in and asked for a quiet room but was told rooms weren't designated like that, there was no time because the hotel was full and it would take too long. The lady was quite sharp and not pleasant. I found it hard to believe because the car...

"For the price we paid the hotel was absolutely fine. Lovely leisure facilities, nice biscuits with the tea and coffee tray. Lift’s available. Bar and restaurant and food were good. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Sadly it’s all a bit tired. Cracks in plaster around the building, dark decor just in need of TLC but as I said before, this was reflected in a very good price. I would definitely book here again."
