"I would expect much more from a quality inn. This place was the worst I ever stayed. Part of the building outside my room was destroyed. The smoke detector was missing. No tissue, terrible wifi and no cell service. Pools was down, no breakfast. Room and furniture was gross. I would not recommend staying here."

"This is the first time I’ve had the reception personnel check in daily by text about our stay. And accept requests or answer questions by text. Even though it was by text, there was a human aspect to the interactions. Everything was great. The only minor issue we had was the laundry detergent which was supplied by the hotel was Tide. Valet parking attendant wasn’t there . They had to call security but waited long time however they were very nice . Hotel has lots of construction so made it hard . The rooms are so hot and so is hotel the air was not cooling areas down ."
