"Did not explain the Upgrade to the room would be additional charge. I thought she was upgrading me as a complimentary thing. Once we were in the room there was a musty smell and mold on the ceiling. Clogged sink and no tv for the two days we stayed."

"This was amazing. We checked Jesus L. and he was helpful and so kind. We were treated as if we were VIP’s (and we are not). My son has just turned 21 and we stopped in Vegas on a road trip. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Vegas. Highly recommend. "

"Room for as cleans daily and fresh towels were left but given the option for cleaning on demand. We interact with very little staff but the few that helped at check in or passed in the hallway were very nice and helpful. Waite staff at in the casinos by the tables were 50/50 some being nice and timely and the other grouchy and slow. One of the 3 rooms we booked had a broken air conditioning that never got resolved but others were good. There was some food choices in the hotel but plenty more in...

"The room did not seem clean. The dishwasher had spaghetti sauce in it. The counters were dirty. The floor was dirty. The dishes were dirty. "

"April at the front desk was a gem! The room was okay, and it had an amazing deep bathtub that wasn't working properly. (The drain flange wouldn't stay put so the tub wouldn't fill, and the hand-held sprayer also didn't work!) We were very disappointed. "
