"The pool was out of order, and the night desk clerk did not offer to let us move to another hotel without losing our money. The stopper on the bathroom sink was missing.
The setscrew on the door handle had been replaced with a sheet metal screw that stuck out. The driveway had large pot holes, and mud puddles."

"Parking was tight, but I found a spot. It would’ve been better to put the E-car charging spots in the rear parking area instead of taking spots away from all the “regular cars”, since you aren’t supposed to park in the charging ones. All of the E-car spits were open the two days I stayed."

"Loved our 2-night stay! The staff at both the hotel and the bar were so helpful, informative, and kind!
The property is far back off the main road so it's serene and the atmosphere is purely brewdog.
The room was super cute--modern & spacious.
Was disappointed that they had almost zero clothing merch, but the staff said they had recently switched ownership and also were working on a new merch supplier, so I guess that was just moreso unlucky timing for us.
My only critique, if I HAD to give...

"I give this place a 9.5 out of 10 . The hotel was beautiful and calming. It was me and my husband honeymoon weekend gateway. When first walked in it was beautiful and refreshing. Checkin was great and easy and staff were friendly. We loved the snack time food. The pool was refreshing and not too cold. Breakfast was ok and filling. Only thing that could been better is to have more non alcoholic drinks options for, 2 free complementary drinks you get with daily snack. Also need non pork meat...

"Property was clean nice view from restaurant. The weight staff in the restaurant was very few. We had a party of 7. 4 got their food and three waited another 10 or more minutes for theirs.. had to go get the the waitress for dessert, menus. We were in the restaurant three hours.. food was OK nothing I would rave about.
Air-conditioning thermostat did not properly work. It would get cold and then it would be hot before it would come back on five or more degrees difference in the temperature...
