"Great location and walking distance to beach. We were at 1st floor so we could hear footsteps loud from above. Kids were running above us so it was annoying. Amenities were excellent. It was really nice that they had all these beach equipment such as beach towels, chairs, umbrella, carrying wagon, and body surfboard. "We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen was very convenient, and the location was great. We especially appreciated how comfortable and well maintained the condo was. We would definitely stay here again."

"The property location was exactly what we wanted, easy access to the Wailea beachfront walking path and directly on the beach. We had a great time but if you are considering this place you need to go in with your eyes wide open. It was very pricey for how tired this unit is. It badly needs a full renovation. The tile is from the 1980's, the carpet is gross and crunchy. When we arrived late, it appeared someone had tried to break in the sliding doors and that set off numerous R&M emails...
