"I wanted to give this hotel another try because last year the ninth floor i stayed on was suseptible to outside noises late at night. So i emailed through this website for a request of a higher floor. It paid off. I was given the 11th floor. That made the difference. It was quieter and i was able to sleep. The gym is still spacious and not busy if you go early in the morning. The check-in and out is Definitely worth staying there again next year.. "

"This was nice place to stay. However couldn’t understand why we were charged another US$412 resort fee after being already being charged over our room charges. The reception allowed us to checkin and gave us the room at 0900 even though the checkin time was 1500. The only complaint i had about the room was the safe was on the ground so very difficult when you had to use it. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Outrigger Reef. I would highly recommend this hotel to any friends traveling to the islands, and I will book it again the next time I go on vacation. We had a partial ocean view and were given a perk of breakfast vouchers for Monkeypod, the farm-to-table restaurant on the beach property. Other amenities include beach access and a $20/hr ($8 additional hours) beach butler service, which provided a beach umbrella and chairs adjacent to the hotel, and a Holikai catamaran located in the hotel lobby for sailing right off the sands of the beach for snorkeling with sea turtles! The hotel offers a clean pool with multiple jacuzzies and great bar service. We also rented a cabana on a busy Friday, which did not come with any extras like a fruit plate or water, so that could be improved upon. Towels are provided for the pool and the beach. The bar is excellent, and the coconut shrimp are amazing! We enjoyed the local walkable restaurants and the nightly live entertainment at the hotel pool bar. They also offer a cultural center where one can learn about and create local crafts, which we saw. All and all I would give the Outrigger Reef 5/5 stars!"
