"The room was clean and had beautiful ocean view. Also there was 2 pools and a hot tub which was nice. Easy access to beach too. Only thing I didn't like was that only place dogs can use bathroom was a small area in parking garage that was Astroturf. It smelled pretty bad and my dog didn't like it."

"The waterpark (slides, pool, kiddie pool) area was wonderful! Very family friendly. Staff was kind. We loved the pier as well. Had a flatbread from the restaurant that was great. The only thing we noticed was the walls were thin. We could easily hear our neighbors who were not loud people. Definitely a disappointment considering how expensive it is to stay here. But overall we loved it."

"They really are helpful staff they went the extra route for my request for a very clean room they had housecleaning stop by everyday changed my sheets everyday and cleaned up I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness of it all . The properties amenities were great clean easily accessible and the customer service was impressive. "The front desk staff were kind. The room was very quiet as it was right at the pool, but they were able to animate us with another room on the 6th floor. Ocean view was nice. The cleanliness and overall quality of the room & building needs major improvements. Shower walls & toilet had hair on them, the mold issue is awful. The smell and causing excessive sneezing & poor ventilation. The hallways and elevator not very clean."

"I would caution anyone to not stay in 636. There was no water pressure and barely any water from the old shower head. The front desk receptionist sent maintenance to fix the issue but there was absolutely no change. Room was dirty with tons of hair on the mattress protector that we removed from the beds. Bathroom barely had room for us to turn around in. Killed a roach in the kitchen. I let the front desk receptionist know all of the above upon check out and she was very apologetic and nice. She...

"The room was not cleaned well. The towels provided for the pool were not clean permitted on the beach so this made our trip a little difficult as we were going there for the beach and had nothing to sit on unless we paid for a chair on the beach."
