On the day our room was to be cleaned, house keeping took our gratuity we left for them changed the towels and toilet tissue and left the beds unmade. Why would I leave a gratuity for that level of service, Very disappointed with housekeeping. I get better service at other brands...

"We only stayed one night and we were awakened at 3am to a fire alarm. The restaurant is not what I remembered. I live in the area and the food at Catch used to be great. Unfortunately, we had to swat away fruit flies the entire time we were at the restaurant. The Cajun ribeye steak we ordered was pale and food was average at best. Very disappointing for my husband’s birthday meal."
