"I had a decent stay overall, but the bed was a major downside. Every time I moved—even slightly—it made loud creaking and squeaking noises. It was disruptive enough to wake me up multiple times during the night, which made it hard to get proper rest."

"I came for the March Madness amenity, not the pool or the mountain view. For 3 days it was good. But they shut down the basketball on Sunday, when some of the best games are played, and I felt short-changed. From now on I will stay at the Circa when I come to Vegas for the Madness."

"My room was disgusting, there were stains on the wall when you walk dripping down. The desk chair was broken. The telephone didn't work. The staff at the register desk all were so rude whenever I asked them a question they had an attitude. I will never go back there and I am Hilton property owner and asked for a water bottle and again they gave me attitude. The noise level from the cleaning was so loud. It was just a horrible experience and don't recommend it. "

"This was hands down one of the most disgusting and frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When we first walked in, the bathroom sink had pubic hair in it—clearly nothing had been cleaned. The mattress cover was ripped, so we were basically sleeping directly on a bare mattress, which is honestly unacceptable. The bedding situation was just as bad: two thin sheets and a tiny blanket that wasn’t even meant for real sleeping. We were freezing all night. The bathroom was so dirty I ended up cleaning it myself. When I ran the tub, it filled with what looked like dead skin and grime. It was absolutely revolting and obvious the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. The pool situation was a mess too. One day wa was warm, the next it was ice cold with no reason or schedule. Every time we went to swim, there were no towels available—three separate times—and we kept getting the same excuse about waiting on a mgr. That’s not an excuse when guests are standing there needing basic things. To make it worse, a lifeguards was literally falling asleep while watching a busy pool. If something had happened, it could have been bad. The experience only got worse from there. A maintenance worker was blowing dirt and leaves and saw me trying to stay out of his way. Instead of being courteous to a guest. He yelled to stop right there. when I tried to go around. I moved completely out of his way and he still screamed at me to come, then intentionally blew at me.considering filing a formal complain"

"The staff was veey friendly from check in to house keeping to rhe breakfast crew. Excellent. The room was clean with the basics provided. We had to ask for extra towels, which was no problem. Overall a great stay! Clean, quiet and well located for our needs. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed that you offered coffee all day. Good value"
