"The room was clean. Mattress was like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a sheet, not comfortable.
The worst part was the noise of the air conditioner. It was like a jet engine starting up. Wasn’t offered a different room but someone that didn’t work at the desk went and got me ear plugs. Which allowed me 5 hours 1 of the 2 nights.
Can’t say enough about the employees of the hotel . There leadership will cost them at least my business."

"This is one of my favorite hotels. Whenever I need a place to stay when I am near Rancho Cucamonga, this is always where I go. The staff is friendly, the facilities are always clean, the rooms are great, the breakfast is nice. The pool is a little small, but it is clean and nice and I have used it several times. Overall, this is a really nice clean, easy hotel."

"Good location for what we needed. Beds were all right, room was a good size, breakfast was standard for Hampton with eggs, meat, potatoes, oatmeal, waffles, cereal, yoghurt, fruit, juice, muffins, and bagels. Pillows could’ve been better, and the bathroom door was a sliding barn door, so could see through the slats when walking by, couldn’t lock, … . Bathroom was huge though, and the door was thick, so as long as you weren’t standing right by the door changing, it was fine. Shower was steaming...

"Enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Everything was clean & comfy, breakfast was top-notch & Aaliyah at the front desk is priceless. We were running on little sleep after difficulty with our flight.
