I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The customer service was outstanding—every staff member I interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional. The staff was fantastic. We had to stop in last minute on Christmas Eve due to weather delays. The staff accommodated our family and upgraded us to a suite. The property is new and modern. It is located right next to a movie theater and great dining options.
