Several serious issues occurred during my stay:
• Upon returning to the hotel around midnight, I found that the water in the room was only lukewarm to cold, making it impossible to take a proper shower.
• The television in the room completely lost signal, and attempts to troubleshoot it were unsuccessful.
• When I contacted the front desk, I was informed that there were no maintenance or engineering staff available overnight and that the front desk agent had no ability to address or escalate these problems at that time.
• I was also informed that my room was the only one experiencing these issues at the time, suggesting that this was an isolated problem that could have and should have been resolved promptly.
• Furthermore, I learned that the hotel was fully booked that evening. Given that all rooms were occupied and the property was operating at full revenue, it is deeply concerning that no proper solution was was fully booked that evening. • I also became aware that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations. While investment in property improvements is appreciated, it is disappointing that existing guests are left without basic services like hot water and television while these renovations are underway.
