"The AC was broken had to move rooms in 90 degree heat there was no breakfast meat available the first night 1 family took over the whole pool and the pool area. Very unpleasant stay."

"The hotel was clean. Room was nice and clean but it disnt have a clean smell. The rooms need better lights. Room was to dark. Living room needs update furniture. Carpet was dirty. I think if rooms had floor it would be better and smell better. Breakfast food wasnt good nothing had flavor egges were to watery. The pool was nice laudry room was nice. Staff was amazing "

"Disappointed in breakfast which was not made to order. Bed very uncomfortable, bathtub/shower faucets need some repair. Finally, elevator repair person was called in our last day—two of four elevators were in use. Embassy Suites always a favorite—not this time. "

"The sausage was nasty. The potatoes were good. The muffins were good. We had to with hot food, line up for an elevator the first day after a long day on our feet. We ended up climbing 6 flights of stairs and our food still was cold. The second night after Monday, I got in the shower in the pressure was really low. While I had conditioner in my hair, the water stopped working and it was frustrating. I also called up the first night and asked for three blankets and two pillows. When they finally came up, they gave us the three blankets and no pillows. The pillows that they had were very uncomfortable."

"Property is not maintained and is pretty run down. They charge you to park your car even if u have a room. Then charge a outrageous deposit . There is no free breakfast or wifi. None of the vending machines worked. No maid service unless your there over 3 days. We had two rooms right next to each other. One was cleaner then the other. And our toilet was broken. There is a mini fridge but no microwave. The only good part was the shuttle to and from disneyland, those guys are extremely nice and did a great job accommodating guests. Its right next to freeway so very loud when u open the window"

" The hotel’s location was great, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was okay. The room appeared to be clean and smelled fresh at first. However, when I opened the mini fridge, I was disgusted to find a ball of hair sitting inside. I wouldn’t have been as bothered if the hair had been on the bathroom floor or carpet, but inside the mini fridge was just gross! It really turned me off and made me question the cleanliness overall."
