"Unfortunately not a great experience with the hotel iron. Used the iron and it had something on it the stained a brand new shirt. Brought the iron to the desk and told them about the situation and not too helpful. Likely won’t stay again. The breakfast was pretty good though."

"This is just another property taken over by a middle east family conglomerate where the entire family lives on site and no outside help is hired until the family fills all the jobs that they can. This is one of the better properties I've seen that fit this description. The bed was really comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was very good. Much at the property was quite antiquated. From the paper print out where you sign/initial here here and there, they photocopy your license, and...

"The room was incredibly clean—you can tell the staff actually takes the time to deep-clean rather than just doing a quick wipe-down. There was absolutely no stale odor or chemical smell. The staff was also wonderful and incredibly helpful; my sister accidentally left her phone behind, and they made it completely hassle-free for us to retrieve it. We will definitely be back!"

"I paid to stay at the property, so parking should have been included and should not have been charged separately. However, I was charged a self-parking fee, which I believe was applied in error. If the charge was intentional, then I strongly believe the hotel should reconsider this policy, as charging paying guests an additional fee for parking is unreasonable and detracts from the overall guest experience."
