"Its a beautiful property and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The pools are excellent as is the fitness club. It’s an amazing layout and the rooms are very big. When we arrived and took a shower, there was a disgusting smell of sulfur, which showed there was a problem with the pipes. It’s an older property so there may be issues like this. They did fix it, but that was a bit unusual, and we did have to vacate the room until the engineer came and took care of it. Also, we couldn’t really use our balcony because apparently ducks and animals poop in the area and there were flies everywhere. So there are some glitches associated with the kind of property it is and its age, but it is lovely and in a wonderful location."

"The hotel was very worn, spent alot for a bay side view room and that was about the only thing the room had going for it. The beds were not comfortable and bathroom was very worn. "

"Loved the landscape, pool and hot tub. Would’ve been nice to have a microwave in the room and not have to go to the lobby. It also would have been nice to have hot chocolate or something for kids, although we did enjoy the tea and coffee."

"the overall stay was great! clean room and helpful staff- everything is so close to us which made the stay better. my only real critique was the odd spacing in the room. we had a big gap between the bed and the bathroom and there was no table or anything to fill the space. additionally, I wish there was curtains or something to let natural light in but the "curtains" that are there just cover the whole window- so you're either fully exposed or just working with darkness and lamp lighting. other than that awkward layout,everything was 5/5!"

"We got the on Saturday at 2:30 pm We got the key for our room right away we got to room and I turn on the AC unit and It start making a lot of noise. I called the front desk they told my wife it’s usually and old system and those make noise 😵‍💫they send a technician to check he spend 15 minutes trying to reduce the noise and nothing good happen The unit was very very loud we couldn’t even sleep So disappointed "
