"Great place. We booked a pool room on the beach side (as opposed to palm) and really enjoyed our stay. My first all inclusive, made it easy for food and drink, but could still wander up the promenade to choose something else in town if we wanted. If I came back to Sharm, I'd choose Novotel again... great pool(s) as you could also use Palm side, entertainment, food and drink and most of all, beach location!"

"I would recommend a different choice. There are the basic services you need from a place-a bed, a place for your things. There also exists some creature comforts such as an indoor and outdoor pool and views onto the beach and ocean. Some rooms even have a small kitchen which was the saving grace for me because I found the breakfast to be almost inedible. The hotel would meet expectations easier if it was listed as an apartment complex as the feeling you get inside is that of student housing. The total lack of color, art, or soul detracts from the location which has the possibility to be decent. I choose this hotel for the reasons that it stands out: 1. Good location on the beach and near historical sights. 2. The kitchenette and living room so I can do some work while traveling 3. The indoor pool and gym so I can swim laps while the outdoor pool and bar is good for the sun. I only booked for three nights so I could extend if I enjoyed it or move on somewhere else if I wished. I knew I would move on within the first 10 hours of arriving, and so I enjoyed the rest of my stay and moved onto something that suited me better."

"It is really nice place, but the reservation it says all inclusive when it’s not For example, if you are planning to get in to the boat inside the hotel, you must pay extra also if you want food to your room also it’s extra or if you want to use the KAYAK same thing Also for children’s, you must pay extra $150 that was not on the website I came to Egypt to see the Arabic culture I did not see that over there Most of the people are Russian also the music everywhere the most of it Russia the party is Russian music sometimes which is less than 5% Arabic or English Soccer to my experience with other places, I’m not supposed to go back there for the next vacation"

"The resort provides excellent services including f&b, entertainment, activities, tours, cleaning, and many others. A couple of items, however, I would like to mgmt attention. At two different occasions, I noticed the head chef speaking in an abusive and demeaning manners to the staff. One time he called them “are you stupid” where to my surprise the staff kept silent. This is indicative of poor leadership. At another occasion, the head chef was speaking loudly to the staff. Hope action is taken to mitigate this observation. One other thing I want to bring to the attention of mgmt was the dancer’s behavior on Sunday night, 26 April. The dancer was more interested in collecting tips than entertaining. She had a baby put his hand on her breast which I thought was repugnant and is not befitting of a family environment. I want to commend the waiters, life guards, housekeepers, dining facility service staff. I would recommend this facility to those who are seeking relaxing time and fun. "
