"The room was well-designed, efficient use of space with all amenities. I especially liked the fact that everything could be controlled with the Ipad. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to shops at Newbury street and with the T right next door. The lobby was well designed with ample areas for lounging, dining or just spending time with other guests. I loved the vibe. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Boston."

"Great hotel overall inconvenient location. Pros: Very close to a T station (Symphony on the Green Line), room was clean and spacious, blackout curtains on windows, free breakfast snack included, and was significantly less expensive than other hotels in the area. Cons: Free "breakfast" was paltry-- it included only pre-packaged pastries and muffins, orange juice, and coffee. That's it. The bathroom had a strange design wherein it had a sliding door that did not lock, and the light from the sink part of bathroom was very bright (just a frosted wall separating it from beds) if turned on while others in the room were sleeping. Overall, though, I would stay it again and found it to be a good value."

"I was originally a little concerned after seeing some bad reviews, however, I had nothing but a great experience at the Arcadian Hotel. We stayed at the Arcadian for our trip to Fenway Park. It was in a great location. Fenway Park was about a mile (20 minute) walk from the hotel. The T line was right across the street, which could take you to Fenway, but also anywhere else in the city. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very clean. We didn’t have any issues with the temperature control of our room, which I saw a lot of reviews about. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we were out of something, we called down to the front desk and someone brought it to our room shortly after we called. We also made a mistake when checking out and paying for parking and we ended up getting charged twice. I called when I got home from our trip and spoke to someone. The next day we received a call saying that the issue was fixed and the second charge was taken off our card. I appreciated the staff being so helpful, even when it was clearly our mistake. The only downside of the hotel is the $30 daily fee for the hotel breakfast, which consists of bagels and pastries. I don’t think it amounts to the $30 charge, but I wouldn’t say that would be a deterrent from staying at the hotel. Overall, we had a great experience at the Arcadian. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I personally would stay there again."

"I found the employees working in lobby and restaurant very friendly and very willing to help in any way. Our room should have been vacuumed daily. Bed made and pj’s folded but toilet and floor looked like nothing done. It was difficult.for me to get my husband sitting in his wheelchair into and out of the handicapped room because of the threshold being slightly elevated."
